Virtual Time Circuits is a novelty app based on the the Back To The Future's Time Circuits. The app does have a reminder feature in which you can set the date and time, i.e "Destination Time", for the remider to occur. You can have it display a message or play an audio/video file or display both.

12 Hour based clock.
